Thank you for purchasing "R-Type Tactics I・II Cosmos."
We have received several reports of issues and are currently preparing a patch to address them. Below is an update on some of the issues we have identified and their current status.
We have identified an issue in R-Type Tactics: Part I, Mission No. 07, “Entrance to Organic Weapons Facility,” where the unit “Rwf-9bk: ARROW-HEAD BK,” which can be obtained by liberating the base facility, may be deleted when loading save data.
Nintendo Switch 2 / Nintendo Switch
When loading save data, the game resumes with the relevant unit already deleted without displaying a confirmation dialog.
PlayStation 5 / PlayStation 4 / Xbox Series X|S
When loading save data, a confirmation dialog (shown in the image below) appears asking whether to delete the relevant unit. Selecting “Yes” will resume the game with the unit deleted.
The game cannot proceed unless “Yes” is selected.
We are currently working on a fix to prevent the acquired unit “Rwf-9bk: ARROW-HEAD BK” from being deleted, as well as a fix to restore the unit “Rwf-9bk: ARROW-HEAD BK” if it has already been deleted.
We are also working on a fix to prevent the confirmation dialog from appearing.
