Unit Resupply / Repair

To resupply ammunition and fuel, or to restore HP and unit count (repair), you have two options:

1. Use the Resupply / Repair command with a unit that has resupply or repair capabilities.
2. Spend one turn while carried by a unit or docked inside a facility.
