Gel / Detonate Gel

- Gel:
Some decoy-capable units can generate special decoys.
Using the Gel command, a unit creates an offensive unit called Sexy Gel.
This command can only be used once per unit per mission.

- Detonate Gel:
Detonate a Sexy Gel, causing it to explode and disappear.
Units in the surrounding area—both allies and enemies—take damage.
