Disguise / Dismantle

- Disguise:
Disguise a transport decoy to appear to be carrying units, preventing enemy forces from detecting it as a decoy.

- Dismantle:
Dismantle a base unit on the map. The dismantled base disappears, and a portion of its resources is recovered.
