Boost / Slow

- Boost:
Increase a unit's speed, allowing it to travel farther.
However, boosted units suffer several drawbacks, such as increased fuel consumption and greatly reduced evasion.

- Slow:
Return a boosted unit to its normal state.

*Using Boost or Slow will end the unit's action for the turn.
