Base Facility

- Base Facility:
A terrain that can dock units. Docked units can be resupplied or repaired.
Only small units can be docked in this terrain.

To use a base facility, the terrain must be under your control.
An enemy base facility must be occupied or liberated by a unit with Occupy/Liberate capabilities to bring it under your control.
